If Morspeed have ceased trading can someone substantiate this with something we can corroborate?
I have received an email from Mr Morson, informing that he has had to give this up and he has another job.
However, I am informed this may be a line and he is still going and using this as an excuse to fob people off.

If he has ceased trading and we have established that he is not a Ltd company and therefore is liable for all his debts.
Am I correct in thinking that all those people who are owed money will have to pursue him through the civil courts?

If he has your property that is different, you will need to remind morspeed that they have your property and the creditors will not be able to sell you property.
I would write and make a claim for your goods under the sales of goods act 1979

Have you done a search against Simon Morson?
You can do it at the Land Registry

I've just done a search on Morspeed & it looks like Simons "bancrupcy" is as real as most of his promises.
If in the unlikely event it is updated & he really has gone plop, I'll keep everyone informed.
Thank you for that information, I would really appreciate any updates, court hearing coming up soon!
