They adjust themselves automatically, i've used them, they're really good, comfortable in a straight line and automatically stiffen themselves as the car leans in cornering, will be fitting them to my next project again, in my opinion they're far better on the road than the manually adjusted spax i had before.

I hope so, ive got the complete kit in my garage waiting to be put on!

But I did do some research into them before buying them and they are good quality from what ive read.

If you want an opinion from someone with them on I believe Saxo-Fiesta-Mini (or is it Fiesta-Saxo-Mini) has them on the rear of his mini and he's happy with them, he's saving to buy the ones for the front.

Not sure about the adjustable ones Carboy001 mentions, this link is from the KYB site...

Sorry, just noticed the 'gas ajust'

Don't know which ones Saxo-Fiesta-Mini has got installed, may still be worth asking him. Overall KYB seem to produce good quality suspension.

I've had them on my car for about 4 yrs now. Work great...fairly stiff.

Keep in mind....you do not adjust them, so don't expect to find a dial or something..lol

I have KYB gas a just, are the best shocks u can get without spending a fortune. They are a bit stiff and not confortable as gaz, coilovers etc. U'll notice a great handling improvement with them.
Ah, and yes u dont need to adjust them, and while replacing dampers, please replace all 4 shocks, and not only the front or back ones or you have an usafe ride.

I installed these several years ago. My car is strictly for the street. The ride is a bit firm, but I like the KYBs.
