I don't need anything stunning, just hard wearing and preferably something that wont be too small. Maybe even go 2nd hand.
There is also a website called carmatsrus.co.uk that i may well try out.....

The arm rest cover got ripped when i unpacked it, luckily it needed recovering anyway. So I disassembled the arm rest:
Foam's a bit knackered anyway, simple construction, just two pieces of wood and some loose foam inside that I'll replace
New cloth backed vinyl and some new foam that i already had lying about:
New foam a bit softer so i've added an extra layer which adds about 3/4" to the height, nice and padded
the vinyl cover is simple, just a rectangular section for the top and the sides will wrap around the foam and get glued then stapled to the wooden base on the underside.
Might trial fit my new arches later, if I'm feeling energetic enough

If anything, Newton Commercial is going to be the best that you can get .I've heard good thing about the minispares carpet set, never had one so i cant say how long it will last, but i'm sure its better than the newton commercial one.

Anyways - Armrest is now fitted, it's brilliantly comfy and has come out very luxurious!! Black Vinyl for the win!
Also started to tackle the two sections of rust on the car, one is on the drivers side sill and measures about 4x4" which should be an easy fix. The other is slightly more tricky but a regular occurrence never the less.... the drivers side shock mount has rotten through, looks like an MOT inspector spotted it previously as there's yellow chalk marks on it. I've taken the bottom two bolts out and loosened the shock - which needs a sand down and re-paint but is in otherwise great condition. Will weld it up next week.
Drilled out the rivets that were holding the standard arches on - pleasantly surprised to find no rust beneath them and no rust on the bottom of the rear quarter where the arch attaches.
