It was a struggle to see where it was split... Oh hang a minute, no it wasn't, no wonder it was leaking like there was no tomorrow.
I've been waiting for good weather over a weekend to get out in it and to upload a video but have been struggling to do so. This is due to starting work on another bigger project...

After speaking to stack and giving them the serial number they said that they wouldn't be able to service it properly as it was made in 1995 and they dont stock the parts any more.
So I unscrewed the back and started prodding about.
A few screws later the first PCB came out and exposed the second PCB with quite a few dry joints on it.
A quick job to sort those and take a picture of the stepper motor just in case I needed a new one!
So bolted it back together and whilst reading the manual, all 54 pages, I realised that you could set the unit according to the cylinders of your car!
Matt Damon! The unit had been calibrated for a 6 cylinder car.
A quick fiddle with the options and she works as good as new, with hopefully another 20 years worth of life!
So the question is.... Take her up the strip as is, which is with a dodgy oil burning turbo this weekend or hold out, replace the turbo then take her up the pod later?? Hmmmm
Either way I'll try and get a video uploaded by the end of this weekend.

I'm sure both would fit with abit of welding here and there!

Take it down the strip, everyone loves an oil burner!
Plus, more oil burnt, means less oil to spill all over the track and annoy everyone ;)
