No it's not going back to RS Fabrications. It's going to a cosworth specialist not too far away.
It's going to be away for 6 or so weeks, but our welcome to come round when it comes back.

Just before the car got collected today I took some snaps of the intercooler and rad.

Both items are off the shelf cosworth items and will bolt in with minimal fuss.

There's definate clearance there, but hopefully it will be enough.

What are you using the front "v" on the crank pully for, air conn? if not just sclice it off. you should get about .5 to .75 of an inch more space which would definately be enough room for engine movement.!

Yeah ive got a new set of alloy pulleys and I'll chop off the third v as there's no way I'm running air con!

It's coming along, (although alittle behind schedule): the whole back end is currently being chopped out to make way for a fully adjustable rear setup with coilovers.
Hopefully when the workshop get back to me I will pop round, have a look and take a few snaps as I know that's what people like.
In the interim I've bought a nice spa quick release steering wheel mechanism and some uprated engine mounts ... But that's abouts it.!

I know it's gutting isn't it when you do start slipping behind. You end up taking the view point as if to say "will this ever get done?"
I mean i think i planned a year to complete it and its taken god knows how long... but hey ho.
I think for your own sanity, large projects, like this need to get completed.
At least the nights are getting longer so i can work on it aftery 9-5 job. There's only one slight issue, being that I don't have the car! Lol
