oh yeah andi nearly forgot he now lives in a garage just down the road from me so far easier than driving 38miles every time i wana work on him

OK so i have been away for a while and a lot of things have changed since then i mangaed to find the chassis number of the shell so will be wearing its really id for the first time in years very soon i was very happy when i found out it wasn't writen off or stolen have just made what i hope to be my last order for the car but work has been pretty much 0 since the car moved as i have a new job so very little time, but i have a holiday booked and hope to get a lot done over that time.

theme has changed slightly though it'll be more of a hotrod look with pinstripe art, white walls and moon discs. i'll get some pics up soon but he is looking a bit sorry for himself at the moment and i stuck wih the longman race head in the end as couldn't justify he expence.

i have 10" rostyles was going to order moon discs from moon eyes usa but they don't do push on ones small enough.

the last pic taken of it before put into storage. if i wasn't so close to finishing i would be doind a roof chop on it, maybe a in he future.

Moon discs, white wall tyre trim on the way rims soon to be painted a dark red and all the parts needed to get the car road worthy are here all i need to do is find a good pin stripe artist and get the work done on my week off.

had a mate come round tonight and we did a bit of work on the car which has made me happy, i have striped out the heater and all its plumbing as i decided not to have one, one side door glass is fitted and the carb linkage is made and will fit the carbs tomorrow.

fuel lines run and second door glass in carbs have been test fitted but i need to make up some way of attaching the throttle cable and chock cable now, then i'll be able to test run it with the new carbs

ok so i am at the point now that he is ready to run again but unfortunitly i can't afford to put fuel in as i have spent far to much this month already. so next job is to fix the bonnet pins once i have some metal to make brackets, repaint the wheels red and fit the mooneyes.

ok so i got some fuel in him and he fired up straight away so i am a very happy boy. now on to the brake lines and bleeding them and i'll be nearly ready for the first MOT in 6years.
