That engine bay looks so neat and tidy, I'm jealous.
Shame you took the special alloys off, I really like them. Don't suppose you'd consider selling me the special wheel nuts would you?
one of the reasons the specials weren't fitted as we couldnt get our hands on the wheel nuts. they we being held on with my alloy nuts, and they dont fit at all!

Can I ask, how come your car has side repeaters if it's a 1970? Mine's a '72 and has none.
And if you don't get on with your local club, set one up yourself! A couple of us have recently set one up and it's going great, we have about 15 cars in it so far, all go out on runs and to events together, and have a monthly meet where we can catch up on the most recent problem my brother's car has incurred! His nickname in the club is BrakeDown, because his original Mini did nothing but that It was just jinxed, hence why he is now using that one for spares!

the hole thing with my club is complicated and i don't even want to see these people at shows, i have had loads of different classics before and been a member of many different clubs and have found my local mini scene to be very bitchy and back stabing. don't get me wrong there are a few really good people there but some people have just ruined it for me. but i have thought about moving away altogether to your neck of the woods.

What do you mean moving away? As in moving house or making a new club?
