Wow that looks nuts!! Gotta say I quite like it with the clubby front :fear: in a kind of 6R4 way

Wouldn't that mean you redoing all of your spaceframe though? Or is it a standard height?

New Parts today, took a trip TTS Performace ( Bike People )...

They had a sale on.... so 25% off the parts I wanted was enough to convince me to spend another £500......Ouch but needed to bolster the motor so It can handle the 400+ horses that are planned....

First off the Lovly JE Forged Turbo pistons that help to lower the Compression to 8.5:1....

This new shaft is for the gearbox, it has a larger diameter for the drive cog, the original has a step down and has a tendancy to twist and snap on higher output car applications. Before you ask it's not gold, thats just the protective coating its dipped in..... Won't be rebuilding motor until next year, once the chassis is finished and sent for coating (hopefully there won't be grinding or welding after that point )

I was catching up on your thread, reading about the Maguire space frame and then about 10 minutes later I realised who you were talking about.

For anyone else reading the guy selling the spaceframe is Dave Kimberley, ex Miglia racer. I bought my KAd alloys from him, was a really top bloke.

F1mini,
Any more updates?

Have you made your mind up about using a full spaceframe setup with the Maquire shell?

Cheers
David
