The tubing is T45 the same as the Rollcage / Chassis. The threaded inserts are made from AN14 (I think) but it's the grade of metal basical the bar form of T45. Basicaly the strongest grade of steel on the planet, that I know of anway.
All the suspension will be made from it anyway, so when it's tig welded your not welding disimilar metals, I even had to buy the correct welding rod to suit it.

Some times I wish I had not bothered, just to safe maybe 50kgs, as it's turning out to be alot more expensive than normal CDS, about 8 Times more. But what the hell I'm only doing this Once .........

PS Bought this on Ebay for about £700

if you want everyone to see that youv'e got nos, you could put it under the passengers legs!!, if not then you could put it under the bonnet, stealthy style.....

It is a Nos Bottle and I may even fill it with Nos or co2, but it's not for what you think. When you release the compressed liquid in the bottle (Nos or co2) it boils at room temperature and becomes a Gas (that's the way Air Con works) the gass happens to be very I'mean VERY COLD. So I'm going to spray it over the Intercooler with a spray bar system, so when I need that extra boost of power I can drop the induction temperature 30 degrees at the flick of a switch !!!! that's like gain nearly 10 to 15% extra power.

If you've ever seen the Fast and the Furious then you see coulds of white smoke coming from the front of the cars on the start line, then that's what there doing cooling the intercooler. I always thought it was a Nos Purge valve, and a bit of waste of nos, but now I know better.

But am still going to put the Nos sticker on the car just keepum thinking.......

400bhp and then Nos now that would be silly......But then again ????

Spoke to Corillo and they can sell me the New Con Rods direct though a Mates company, at alot cheaper then I can get them over here. So Am going to the US next month and I will pick them up then. Am waiting for a replie from JE about the forged Pistons.
