PACE.

No competion because the PACE wheels wil make the arch area look fuller because there's loadsa chunky angular spokes.

I like em better than the other's.
That middle bit makes sense in my head anyway.

Finished flatting it this afternoon and have started to prepair waxing it. It needs 6 coats of the stuff as a release agent for the mould.

Seeing the process of making this mould and roof are really interesting. It's a lot of work.
I'm looking forward to finding out how you get thickness and final fit/finish.

2 Layers of 450 Gram matt on today, but have ran out of Resin to put on the Paper rope for support. Will get more tomorrow and finish off before I go to work, so by next sat/sun should be curred ready for removal in one piece ( I HOPE Fingers crossed )

Thats about 3 weeks so far this had better work.

My mate ran his own firm making Ferarri repicas (in grp) and his advice was to cut plywood formers and laminate them into the mould while still on the roof to suport the mould once removed from the roof .

My uncle recommends that, but if it's only gonna be used once it isn't gonna be that important
