Any ideas on how to cheer up? Or ways to cheer me up. Tell me jokes. Etc etc.
Thanks

Try happy music, watching some comedy or something uplifting, get some hugs if you can (I can't sadly as the man is very much asleep!

Bless. I've had a kinda rough couple of days too
Yesterday I went for a drive and cried my heart out which helped a bit... But a bit of a girly thing really
Try happy music, watching some comedy or something uplifting, get some hugs if you can (I can't sadly as the man is very much asleep!)
I think that's probably half the reason I'm down, my fiancee went back to London today, pretty gutted. Car is *peeing* me off, work is *peeing* me off, uni is *peeing* me off, friends are *peeing* me off.
Yuk.

My bf is tired and moody atm with work/uni/car stress and it's making him somewhat less affectionate, I know it's nothing personal but him being so down in the dumps isn't half rubbing off on me

thisI find talking to someone, even if it's on MSN, tends to help me. Usually you forget what was bothering you if you get into a good conversation with someone.

if it doesn't kill you
it makes you stronger!
But if it does kill you, it makes you dead... I realise that even as I type this, it probably isn't the best reply in the world...

My personal favourite is to put some good music on, LOUD, and dance around like a loon!
