I know - it seems expensive - especially after I started off asking whether people would pay £9:99...
I did think I could do these at £9:99 and got all excited about it - but the import lisence, the import tax,
the red tape and the slice the government want push it up and up - AND UP !
I'm scratching my head about how to get the price down on these but we have to order a minimum number
from the manufacturer, pay a one off artwork charge (even though WE do ALL the artwork and supply it to them).
I did think about asking people for pre-payment and then once we had enough orders going for the
import but that just looks like a train crash waiting to happen when things go wrong, people don;t get their
clocks and we have to refund money etc.,
So... watch this space (forgive the pun). I really want to make these available because I've got one and
it's great ! As soon as I can (and as cheaply as possible) I will.
When it all comes together I'll PM people who have replied to this thread before advertising because there will
probably only be 100 or so on offer.
