I already know that its a 4 inch pcd, the cars I have identified so far with this pcd are
mini,
minor,
imp,
viva,
midget.

What others are there? I'm looking for wheels that are different to the normal mini wheels/alloys so thought I would look at other cars.
A quick search didn't reveal much but if its been written about before please point me in the right direction :)

But a mini PCD is not 4x100, it is 4x4" (metric equivalent is more-a-less 4x101.6mm)

As above, 4x100 is no good and potentially dangerous. although searching out wheels would be so much easier if it was 4x100!

You can fit wheels with similar pcd if you use those wobbly wheel nuts? such as 4x100mm pcd?

What are they called?

Some of those Vauxhalls changed their PCD some time in the 70's so don't assume they must fit.
