When i first got my mini i was 12 and my sister was 7 - hence the name of... Budgie lol... It was because my sister was watching the kid's programme Budgie the little helicopter and the mini was bright yellow at the time so mum said jokingly to call it Budgie because of that programme, and because sum budgies are yellow.

Name has stuck ever since even though mini is blue and totally transformed since then... LOL...

Mine was affecionatley named just last night after owning it for about 8 years as "Noisy Little B*****d"

Because i took it out for an hour drive and all i thought was, "Jesus, this thing really is a noisly little b*****d"

That should all change when the exhaust gets changed though
