Is there a way to set the RSS feed from t'forum to read specific sub-forums rather than the general 'Most Recent Posts' across the board?

We have to set them up one by one, so I'd be reluctant to do a separate RSS feed for every forum and sub-forum. Is there a specific sub-forum you're interested in and I'll look at making one just for you.

I was looking at the 'useful' stuff...the tech forums and poss Mini Chat. At the moment, as you know, everything's lumped together under one banner.
Just thought isolating the 'useful' bits I could actually set up a Vista desktop gadget so people can watch their threads in these sections more easily...
