most of the box put together now, made a start on the opening in the rear bulkhead.
using 2 18mm mdf 10" rings and renforcing mesh this allowed me to bridge the gap between the bulkhead & box, pretty straight forward but effective.

got the inside of the box all trimmed and the front panel attached, the perspex is in place too;
and finally with the lights in place and wired we have...............
