new rubber cone, i painted the metal part on the cone to make sure it doesn't rust later on
ones i have it installed, used some rust protection paint on it
gloss black

i started to put the front suspension back together today

the re-done upper control arm looks out of place because the sub frame
but oh well

won't effect the handling of the suspension so its all good

ok i final got some updates on my project

the front suspension is all done and mounted,
i got the wheels all straight and set the ride height on my hi-lo's

and i put my battery back into the car and after a few months of sitting,
the car started 1st try

and so i went to move the car so i could clean the drive way up,
the brake pedal was sticking, and so i had to move it to the return spot with my foot

i pressured washed my drive way and ones that dryed, i backed the car in
and got to work on my brake pedal,

the bolt that runs thur was rusted to the pedal, so i got that cleaned up
and working good now

and then i repaired a bondo spot behind the wheel, still have to do the other side
and i welded in my rear roll pan and grinded that down, but wasn't able to
prime it but oh well,
im gonna prime it tomorrow afternoon

tomorrow im gonna repair that area behind the wheel on the body
and make the rear wheel fender well exts on the two sides

so now i need to find some wheel arches that are 3.75inches wide
and fit the headlights
and fit the rear hi-lo's/gaz shocks
and weld in one side of the rocker panels
and repair the battery box

and the car will be ready for mot and the long 5min drive to work

and then i can start building up the stereo

i ended up pulling the rear sub frame and bed lining it,
and welded up a few pin holes in the rear wheel wells,still have one more side to go,

and i installed the rear frame and re-done trailing arms
and got all the brakes back on the car and set
and put in the hi-lo's and new gaz adjustable shocks

and set the ride height, but i still need to adjust the shocks in the back

and i put the gas tank back into the car,

and i started the oil change, drained the oil and took the oil can off to
sand and paint, and the oil can is ready to go on with the new filter set up

today i got my group 7 arches in the post
and my new air filter set up in the post

and last weekend i went to dsn classic and pick up
clear turn signal light kit, rear plate lights,battery box, heater valve control,
wiper blades, radiator cap, rear fog light, and a outer cv boot

i got a few parts to install on the car but its raining this week so far
so i need the rain to go away
so i can get to work

do i see coolant in the radiator u realise this will leak out when u remove the cap to attach the top rad hose DOH

i know, i have coolant in a 4liter jug, so i had to make something to poor the coolant into the radiator and i was just
testing it out to make sure nothing was gonna leak all over the place
