the cowl hood is almost done with all the welding work
i have one side of the hood fully welded up
and the other side needs about 5inches to be welded still

ones i get the welding done, then im gonna grind it down and do
the body work and paint myself
but the grinding will take me a few weeks to get done because
im doing other stuff to the car as well

and the last picture for the night

the start of the system for my mini

tc sounds tc-9 magnet
and tc sounds oem audiomobile mass 2012 basket

i now have a pair of baskets and matching magnets

so now i need to save up for my recone kit and the subs will
be like brand new again
its gonna cost me about 180pounds to get the recone kits(pair of 12's)
with shipping to out here in the uk from the states
custom built to whatever spiders i want, whatever ohms of the coils,
whatever wire i want the coils built out of
to handle whatever rms power i want them to

oh yeah, 3inch coil and the magnet weighs 25pounds, about 11.33kg's

today i rebuilt my drivers side cv shaft

i took the bearings out of the joints and cleaned them
and then i re-did the grease in them and put it all back together

i had to put new inner cv boots, so i said screw it and went all out on it

so next week sometime im gonna do the samething to the passager side

my poly lca bushings were ordered today
along with my rear roll pan

today in the post i got

ball joints( i needed new boots so i had to order the kits),
rear roll pan,
diff axle seals,
lca poly bushings,
exhaust hanger mounts,
oil filter,
steering arm lock washers,
knuckle joints
fan belt

and im still waiting on the steering rack boots to come in, probably be in monday

and this weekend im picking up my fiberglass dash

i still need to paint one steering arm and my uca

so my next thing to order is gonna be

im thinking im gonna do the mat 1st so i can install it this summer while we have some good weather outside
and the door cards next pay period

i sanded them down with a wire bush and then sanded them by hand
to get as much rust off as i could
and then some rust protection paint, gloss black

and its good to go ones the paint drys all the way
