9.5in rotors here i come

billet rotor adapters to the hubs

welded in a new half boot floor and rear valance
and shaved the rear bumper at the same time also

rebuild the engine cross member out of some 3/16 plate, on my daily driver micra

moved the park brake assy back a few inches, when i do my engine swap im gonna move the shifter into the old p/b handle spot, but for now i welded new metal in the hole and sealed it up

i found a color i like and its a hair darker green

its a US OD green color

tonight i started on the front of the shells body work

shaved the extra wiper arm holes, and took that panel down to bare metal, i had 3 spots that had rust starting, so i took my 7in grinder and found clean metal in those spots,
had to eat into the metal but rust free sounds good to me

and i also shaved the door check straps and interior light switch holes

and started body work on those sections

started to make my pedal box, to have the masters face inside

the wiper motor has been moved to the inside of the shell now

smoothing out the firewall alittle bit


this is the new heart of the mini, 170bhp d16z6 honda vtec engine


started to mod the honda harness

got the monster started up the other night,

open exhaust right now, with just a header

 

still need to set the idle and time it

but im happy its a running engine now
