i cut all this out a week ago before i had got any of the new panels

and friday i went and got the new panels
and today, monday, about 10am started to cut the panels and fit them,
i still need to add in some filler panels to close the gap, (tomorrows goal)
but its coming along

38mm cds 6point roll cage turned into a fort for my kids, waiting for the sheet metal work to be done before it can go in

got the floor pan and the A post panel 100% welded in,

i need to weld the dash rail section back in still

got most of the filler panels made for the flitch panel, i started to make some subframe connectors that im gonna connect to my roll cage ones thats in
gonna to make it mount tho the vent hole, so im gonna wait to do anything with that hole for now





here's what metal ive cut off the car so far

mock up with the front clip sitting on the car

the front of the clip is not bolted in, so the gap should be better ones i find my solid front mounts and get it lined up right
but for now, a quick pic at the end of the day of working on her

got the left front half floor pan welded in, but havn't done the sill yet

and i mocked up my roll cage, i still need to paint the cage matt black and sand down the glue on the roof
but im waiting on the hardware kit for the cage right now

here's a little toy i picked up for free
american bass 10in woofer, dual 2ohm coils
its made by tc sounds tc7, 650wrms, 2000wpeak

i just picked up the 3/4inch mdf and im gonna build a box to fit in the backseat of the mini
1.7cubes slot ported, sub forward, port up
i still need to find a amp that can push about 900@1ohm to it

started to build the box for this bad boy sub,
the panel the sub mounts to and the port is 1in mdf,
the rest of the box will be made out of 3/4inch mdf,

i got the column mounted with the drop bracket, (witch i still need to paint matt black) and i got the front mount made for the metro clock im gonna be using, tomorrow im gonna work on the rear mount for the clock

the plates i made for the roll cage, drill 22 10m bolt holes, took forever because i don't own a drill press


roll cage is now bolted in to the car, still need to mock up the harness bar and pull the cage out to paint it matt black


got alittle more work done on the sub box, here's the inside without the top on it
