So today I've started making some brace bars, ignore the top end for now as I've got to integrate hinges it won't be off-the-shelf style.

looks good, you can come and do my front when you have finished yours..lolNext up I need to cover the gap between the square section and the hinge plate, then sort out some captive nuts for the hinge. Once I'm happy with that I'm going to weld a back onto it to box it in, with two studs which can go through the inner wing.

getting some building work done in the diningroom so the organ has to steal the garage, no chance of getting any cozy time with my mini for the next couple of weeks on the plus side there was room for my bike
