Just a quick update and a few pics plus a couple to reply to a pm i had off spoonz i relation to sensors on the airbox.

I have finished plumbing all the brakes now and fitted the resevoir for the clutch cylinder. I ended up aeroquipping everything as it gives it all a better finish an hopefully doesnt leak!!!!

This is where the green air intake temperature sensor is fitted.....

And this is the vacum sensor on the left with the blue pipe coming off it going up to the throttle bodies. Th sensor on the right which looks very similar is the atmospheric air pressure sensor which has 2 mounting holes in it, Do not connect the air inlet to anything as it senses the natural air around it.

I have also been ordering my dash instruments but it wont be here until the beginning of july!!! >:P >:)
This could really put a spanner in the works as i need the gauge and the sensors to finish the wiring loom off coming from the back to the front..............

Cheers

The sensor has a 12mm diameter thread so just pop a 12mm clearance hole in the airbox but the thread on my sensor is not standard M12 it is a finer pitch thread but i may be able to source another one...

The airbox base plate is not listed, they have the popular one's ready cut out to fit. ie R1 ,busa & fireblade but you may be better trying TTs performance in silverstone??

Cheers

Not including the masters!

Around £300 if you buy the lot from kad including adjuster (like I did)

Mark got his Girling masters from demon tweeks a bit cheaper

do you know what car they come off ? or what ones would fit of a car because i can get masters for silly cheap price where i work,

jamie

Fitted the exhaust over the weekend, just removed it now to wrap the manifold up before the final fit and i can fit the can on aswell. Also put it on its wheels and got it out of the garage so i could tidy up a bit.

Only a small update tonight:
Fitted the throttle cable and linkage on the pedal end, and tensioned it up to ensure it just reaches full throttle without over stretching the cables which could result in a failure!!!

Posted Image

I have also fitted some additional return springs to make sure it doesnt get stuck open plus it add a bit more feel to the throttle.

Your the second person to ask that!!!
I didnt think it would be that popular.
I have some more materials to make it, what battery have you got as the red one i have is only a lightweight race battery, if you have a normal car type battery i would use a heavier gauge metal to manufacture it .

I have a similar gel type battery, although not a red top.

If I give you some dimensions could you knock one up for me? Obviously I'll make it worth your while in beer tokens!!

Hi Mark,

Did you pick up that zinc plated cable stop bracket from Chris? I've been wondering how I should do mine, and the bracket in the pic looks like a nice solution...

Cheers,

Monte
