It is the stonechip that has come away but only in the tunnel as that is where we supported the shell so when its finished it will be less noticeable, dont forget, it was stonechipped and painted and back in my garage in 3 working days so it had hardly had time to go off!

when you put it like that its more understandable just thought it was odd at the time , must say though your making really good progress and it looks good at the same time :- good luck finnishing it and put up a video once its complete

Looking sweet-as Mark. Don't know what you eat for breakfast, but I could do with some of your energy!

Top tip for the throttle pedal (maybe). I found my bulkhead was flexing quite a bit when the pedal was depressed due to the stiff action/number of springs etc. This made accurate inputs bloody difficult, so you may want to investigate stiffening the mounting point up a bit before you finally adjust the linkage etc. Since the shell is already painted, a 3 to 5mm thick plate of something shiny (ally, stainless etc?) cut neatly to size to act as a load spreader. and with with holes drilled to clear the studs should work nicely when trapped in position behind the throttle pedal mounting plate. It works a treat on mine anyway- just a thought.

All the best
D.D.

Just a small update:
Been busy doing the wiring for the bike loom this week and i finally powered up the engine side and to my amazement the fuel pump relay clicked in as it should and ran the pump!!! ^_^ :w00t:
Ive spent hours this week doing it and it looks nothing but i just need the bulkhead in now to mount the ECU and rectifier and i need to purchase my gear indicator and instruments etc so i can run the wiring for the sensors etc.
Im hoping to get it turned over this weekend!!! :- :D

Not including the masters!

Around £300 if you buy the lot from kad including adjuster (like I did)

Mark got his Girling masters from demon tweeks a bit cheaper
