The boss of the bodyshop doesnt go on his holidays till saturday hence he is in work on the friday till 5pm so that why it cant go before!!! > >

Got to keep focused and push on with the mini!!! Drag wars isnt far away!!

I'm with you on this one Mark. Do the mini. Why work to keep someone else's car on the road, when you could be getting your own on the road? Now if he was asking you to navigate- that'd be a different matter!

Well its now ready to go to be painted this morning
After a lot of help from a few friends over the last couple of evenings, it was lifted onto the trailer last nite and i was dragged off to the pub for a well deserved pint or 6!!!



Note to self : DONT FORGET TO STRAP THE SHELL ON TO THE TRAILER!!

Shell will be ready by next weekend hopefully.
will post some more pics later when i drag it out of the garage.

Will be ready thursday nite at the latest as the guy who owns the body shop is back off holiday on the friday and we cant leave no trace of mini being there!!

That link is excellent for the videos. The guys a nutter! I particularly like the manic laugh on the first test drive whilst mid donut! Also, check out the wipers on "out of control"!!!! Mad as a box of frogs. Ace.

I have had the fibreglass front, bonnet, boot and wheelarches back from the paintshop today and the finish is absolutley awesome!!!
Cant wait to see the shell, it is back tomorrow.
Gonna be a long day in work waiting to get home to see it!!!
