LMFAO!! some of these are just funny!!Don't trust that ol' Barnett, he's calling us island apes, and I don't like the look of du kannst meine arsch lecken alter ... you don't need babel to work that out
When ever some one asks me where i come from, i say " i come from a small island off the cost of France called Great Britain and 99% of the time i get called a insel affe!! and your right teapot...
The Germans call us island apes!! not all of them of course...its meant to be funny!! its like they call the hollanders " Käse kopf " which means cheese head!! the italians are called " spaggetti fresser " spagetti eater!! oh the list goes on...
...i know we call the germans Krauts, but the germans dont know that...i call them kartoffel kopf...which mean potato head, because all they seem to eat is chips, and do you want to know something they dont put vinegar on their chips, most of them say im sick...and trying to find a shop that sells Heinz salad cream " i have more chance than sh!tt!ng on the moooooooon..."
The germans are VERY nice People!! treat them with respect and they will cater for all your needs...

Das ist ein schon polizei - It's a fair cop and
Meine kleine frucht fleidermaus - My little fruitbat or
Ficke meine alte gummi-stiefel - F*** my old boots!
I was also taught to say "Ich habe ein bischen deutch" - "I have a little german", grammatically correct but when I said it to an ex-pat Brit friend she creased up and asked what his name was!
Branston pickle?????
