Other stuffs to considerificate:
* contacts at Mini clubs - email, announcements at meetings and so on
* promote to all friends, family & colleagues
* use work intranet systems to advertise calendar
* write a press release and send it to local press.
* speak to PR peeps
* Use of Facebook/Myspace/Twitter etc
* How much will we charge for a calendar?
* How many are we printing/hoping to sell?
* Who are you selling them to?
* How/when will you be selling them?
* How will you be sending the donations to Everyman & Breakthrough?
