Do you (deliberately keeping this in the 2nd person) want/need just 1 venue?

Has to be Minis as a common theme, so either you lot out 'n about with your lil cars or maybe building a Mini somewhere - I see stacks of wheels, engines hanging off cranes, strategically placed suspension cones....

Has to be Minis as a common theme, so either you lot out 'n about with your lil cars or maybe building a Mini somewhere - I see stacks of wheels, engines hanging off cranes, strategically placed suspension cones....



Well, we (and I include you in that too, Eff...), need all the images to be as different as poss.

A studio is out of the question due to cost, so I think they should all be done "on location". Cars as the central focus, with the owner-in-the-altogether as peculiar distraction.

A workshop scene would be good, though....

If we're on about location, I need to think about power for the shoot ...


A studio itself doesn't necessarily have to be expensive. The expense would come in creating 12 different environments!

someone may have a generator - how much do you need to run Bean??

I know a workshop Ju - not sure id wan't to tell the owners what was going on there though!! :)

Bean - will you need to know roughly where everyone lives so you don't end up pottering all over uk?? maybe centralise and do 2 or 3 shoots or something.

I actually sent Juju a PM a while ago, just thinking about that.

I think that we should maybe try to do all the shoots in 1 or 2 weekends? It might be a long couple of days for everyone involved, but at least everybody would be in the same place and it would just make it a little more fun if we could all pull together? :teehee:

to be honest, I can't afford to go to 12 different places, from Lincoln to Kent :) :teehee:

With one car and location you can give the illusion you're all there together. Some logistics to think about, either you really do all need to be able to get together on the same day or Bean as a lot of tootling about to do - or you use more than one snapper (meaning photographer, not an anatomical euphemism).

You could do a year in the life of theme - getting in to your Min with a couple of Easter eggs, deck chair out of the boot 'n so on.
