So my British Racing Green mini couldnt have its touch-up tomorrow :sad:






















But they had enough Inca Yellow to paint the whole car, so shes gonna be yellow with black arches (and maybe stripes if Dad isnt looking :fear: )

Halfords paint :sick: be very careful with that sh*t its thinned down way to far and'll just run everywere given half a chance!
Yellow minis do look ace though, i think pavel on here has a nice yellow mini.

She needs LOADS more yellow to be good, then a gloss laquer to give it the depth I want. THEN, I can add the black.

I like the idea of offset stripes, kinda like pooky's, but black over the yellow, in 2 thin lines over the drivers side, but changing colour, so they're black over yellow on the body, then yellow over black on the roof.....don't know though :erm:

Ay, tis rattle cans from Halfords (Bristolminimad will have a fit when he hears that! :fear: ). At the moment the finish is cr@p. I need to flat back the first coat and ave another 1 or two after that. The trick is, lots of thin coats, with a minute between, then they seem to blend ok. Dunno why, but they do!
I dunno what colour the roof will be yet. Its gonna have to stay white for a short while, til its MOTd etc, because spray cans cost a fortuune :saywhat:
I will just do a few details (arches etc) black to begin with. I needed it yellow (ish) now so I can bolt the lights in!
