Pretty damn sure no road legal v tec mini has gone faster down the 1/4 than this too.

how do you attatch the alloy boot floor to the steel of the shell? i dont want to come across as stupid, but is it bonded? or riveted? i had them mk1 door pockets off you a few months ago, still aint got round to doing anythin with em tho lol and i changed my alternator so got no problems of needin jump starts lol

The Aluminium timing chain cover, did you fabricate that yourself?

Do you have a few more pictures of your weight saving?

Any more things that you've drilled or removed material from.

Im about to start this process and would like to get a couple ideas of where the weight could be lost.

sames ive drilled a *melon* load of holes in my gear linkage >_< onto the clutch cover next

oh and paul i still need to let you know about the rear shelf and maybe a boot floor :lol:

love the car, its very well turned out, and the weight saving is unbelievable :)

Just trying to spot something in those photos that's standard! Engine mount, possibly steering rack, but knowing you even if they look standard they're probably not!
