
Alternatives To "deep Heat"

but, im getting fed up of it itching. its really itchy, works a treat. but yeah.
so does anyone know of any alternatives to deep heat?
random i know but worth a try(?)

Rosemary Oil in your bath water.
Radox bath salts.

I personally believe that a lot of the goodness comes from the gentle massage that it requires...
But also, Deep Freeze.

edit: its made by bells aparently, available in wilkinsons in red tube!!

And be aware that it will stain your clothes, so wear something you don't care about

But you can't beat a hot Radox bath to soothe your aches and pains - but it might be a tad tricky up Kilimanjaro! Tiger Balm's a lot more practical.

do alot of cycling and climbing, and have a fair share of ongoing muscualar (spelling) aches and pains.
