Super noodles, far more absorbent, pot noodles just stay that little bit to hard.

Super Noodles are actually quite difficult to make properly if you're 15, and the sauce always stays really watery, cheaper than Pot Noodles though!

Ha ! Interesting to see the "chinese whispers" of forum threads happening here!

Great fun and interesting reading everyones responses. Amusing that a few people actually think I have not modified my mini - Mine used to be brown! If you actually took the time to read my first post you would see I have no problem with modifying minis, also that I myself modify my minis.... my original question, which shockingly I have had to repeat at least 8 times is WHY people modify their minis. Heck I know why I do it, I wanted to know why everyone else did it.

Come on folks, your letting the rest of us Englishman down- thought you could all at least read???

hehehe!!!

MAN U CREEP ME OUT.

My Mate JUST (7 seconds ago) changed his facebook status to "is listening to Sgt. peppers ... amazing.". And it made me want to listn to it, so i youtubed it, (here) then you post a picture of it.

It's fate man, once you've listened to that, click on 'I Am The Walrus' because that's mind blowing.

:D

Agreed........and all four Beatles owned Mini's as shown on this "Beatles Minis" website :P

"Can there be something more perfect ? My favourite band and my favourite car.
Not only did the Beatles produce excellent music, at least according to me, they also had a great taste for cars; The Mini."

99% of my "modifications" have been to fix bodge jobs of the previous owners, i've had lizzie since october and she is finally beginning to show a small part of my personality, the only none standard bits i have done are
Grill
Spot lights
Headlights (hallegen)
Bonnet cheques
New brakes and pads
and centre exhaust

I did have a speaker and headunit but lizzie didnt approve and she leaked on them :w00t:

But i havent done any engine changes (oh apart from the horn)
None of these i find dangerous.. (unless your a driver thats annoyed me and i blast my horn at you :P) So i dont agree with the insurance bit. all standard minis would be boring all factory set.. the shows would be pointless.. part of the shows i love is the variety :D

i hate people ruining a perfectly good car not nessiserily a mini just any car by "moddin" it

personally at 17 years old just past my test for 3 weeks people keep asking why i dont put massive wheel big exaust and loads o speakers in it (my mini)

i usually reply "because i have taste lol"

and when i see cars with stupid body kits on just point and laugh just so they no how stupid it looks because i drive a mini and they all know no matter what it is better than theres

but thats just my opinion "Everyone to there own" as i always say

if the person owns the car, then they can do what ever they want to it, but thats just my opinion.

well I'm 18 yrs old, and I think the only mods I would like done to Henrietta is wide arches with deep dishes....I'm not saying I don't like any other form of mods, but I have to agree with 'erica' - each to their own....

mind you, I do like seeing minis restroyed and kept original, providing its done correctly...

i read the very first post, and i was replying to it, why dont you read my post, its my response, if you still do not understand, then repeat reading...

ahh the british school system... another failure. Shame.

You'r the one that has one of their main points using information from the NZ insurance system in a forum mainly made up of people from the UK!

and as far as I'm aware people come over here from NZ to get a better education so your comment is clearly undermining the NZ schooling system badly.

Sorry to be off topic just annoyed me.

Hang on your saying he is selfish

You started this topic by saying that YOU think that we are spoiling the Mini and that YOU would prefer for us not to be modifying OUR cars

So that's ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ not selfish ?

He is just doing what he wants to do to HIS car that HE owns that YOU will not have anything to do with or ever see

so go count your grey hairs and let us keep the mini alive

Sam
