Congrats on your purchasing your Designer, to say you got a good deal is an understatement, I paid almost 3 times that for my mary in about the same condition.
Check out the sites below if your interested, especially minidesigner.co.uk where 'GottaDesigner' has put a bit of history up about the car/mary quant.

- finished waxoiling the boot, and most of the underneath of the rear end
- hammerited underneath lots and arches,
- was going to fit new rear wheel cylinders and brake shoes but had wrong cylinders so couldnt do that,
