you need the PL-A size,
assuming the crank journels are all round(they should be cecked with a micrometer) and the crank is straight(checked with a dti) the clearance should be checked with the plastigauge, and you should have 1-2 thou clearance on the main bearings and slightly less on the big ends. the rule of thumb being min clearance .5thou per inch diameter, max clearance 1 thou per inch diameter.

I assume the big end bearings are measured in the same way, but after the crank is installed (as per the Haynes instuctions)?
