Front Subframe/suspension Rebuild

i plan on slowly rebuilding the cars front suspension in situ, bit by bit, as it has been rather neglected and to be honest it could do with the attention.
Work already done:
new bearings
new ball joints
CV's cleaned and re-greased
new CV boots
new discs and pads
i am planning on getting hold of second hand parts and rebuilding them then swapping them over.
i will also be fitting:
gas-a-just shocks front and rear
hi-lows and new cones
couple of questions
what is the deal with neg camber bottom arms? is it worth replacing the std ones for them?
is it worth going for poly bushes for the tie rods? whats difference does it make?
second hand parts:
top arms
bottom arms?
new parts:
adjustable Tie rods
neg bottom arms?
track rod ends
last of all, is there anything else that people would recommend doing? or recommend buying?
many thanks
adam
(sorry if i confuse anyone, my brain has shut down)

Also If your replacing the roller bearings in the top arms theres a little trick I learned to get the old bearings out whilst doing them a couple of days ago.

Yeah i'd fit the adjustable bottom arms from mini spares - allows the camber to be setup...
The adjustable tie-rods too...
Minispares do a kit that include a full adjustable suspension front and rear - good value and works really well when setup properly...
kit includes uprated bushes for bottom arms and tie-rods
I'd go for long trackrod ends too...

negative camber arms are for if you have too much positive camber, adjustable camber arms are what you want, with the tops arms unless the pins that go through them are rusted solid then you can leave them and maybe add a lick of paint and grease the nipples on them.
a few parts you could alsoe replace are the rebound rubbers, and the bumpstops?
and icklemini i'm gonna be replacing my track rod ends soon, why do you suggest longer ones?

More thread engagement between the track rod end and the track rod - essential if running lots of negative camber, but IMHO a worthwhile upgrade considering the modest cost increase (if bought from motor factors)and icklemini i'm gonna be replacing my track rod ends soon, why do you suggest longer ones?
