Spiffing job there chap!

Well done with the wiring I would have ripped it all out, thrown it down the workshop and jumped on the roof like a mad man.

Well I got the fuel lines fitted..
Posted Image

And undersealed the underside, I usually don't like underseal as it's usually used to hide rust etc, but it was ideal for tidying up the underside, and getting rid of overspray from doing the body!

Also made a guard for the battery tray

That took me all day Saturday, finished at 9:00, and decided to take it for a spin to check all was OK, when the engine suddenly wouldn't run nicely, dirt in the fuel I think, so I now have to strip and inspect the carbs, and fit a fuel filter.. Also the front lights have randomly stopped working, and the starter motor broke. This damn thing is really starting to test me... >_<

Fantastic. A work of art as well as skill. Reminds me of my old neighbour's project.

Attached File  scrape6.JPG   415.59K   12 downloads

It took him 12 years, but then he had a few other projects on the go in the meantime.
Will you keep it or sell it now?

EDIT Got a feeling I've said all this before ....
*sigh*
More tablets, nurse
