what do you mean ny engineers report? is that simiar to sva or vic?

Insurance companies sometimes require you to get a report carried out on the integrity of the car when you do any kind of re-engineering of major parts. De-seaming is major work that deals with the most structually important details of the shell and completely re-works how the shell is held together so they might well ask for a report. I wouldn't know what sort of engineers carry out these reports as I've never had to do it but I guess that the insurer could give you a list of names.

you jammy bugger!!! haha awesome MK, always been interested in kit cars, although i think i'm gonna have to wait untill i'm 25 as paying hte insurance at 17 on a 998 mini is bad enough for me!!! hahaha
