I'm finding it hard to find reverse. It's finding 1st, 2nd, 3rd & 4th.. but not reverse.
Please note:- I did the above without the engine running.
I can't get over how "short" it's made the stick feel.

It feels tight, which i suppose is a good thing - Secure.
Also that might be why i can't find reverse the fact that the short shift itsn't in the correct position.

If it's a newer one it says on the website that you need to lift the collar below the gearknob to select reverse?
This might be why you're having trouble?

I'm lifting up the collar. I've a feeling it's not selecting gear because the gear stick isn't in the correct position (all the way down)Don't have any experience with them myself but was looking at buying one,
