We do run our own discount scheme - http://www.theminifo...x...p;f=22&id=1

But as others have said, generally if you're in any club an insurer will give you a discount. Plus there are plenty of meets on all the mini forums for you to meet local Mini people.

Join TMF+ it's cheap, national, and gets you insurance and parts discounts...

Honestly Jammy, why aren't you saying these things?

;D

well if you are Hampshire way...I don't know it very well, but I'm in Dorset, and I'm joined to Bournemouth Mini Club - We have people who have joined us from Lyndhurst and Shaftsbury as well as Salisbury on occasion.

You're more than welcome to pop by - our next meeting is this Sunday evening - 7.30pm at the Somerford Pub in Christchurch.

www.bournemouthminiclub.co.uk - some of our website is currently under construction atm though such as our image gallery.

Personally, I had about 6 different clubs to choose from when i was looking to join one, and the only way I could choose was to look through their club website, and visit there meetings. It's a great way and getting to know the sort of people each club brings in, plus you can have a good chat to them about your car and as well as there's. I mingle between 2 clubs, but mainly BMC.

Thanks for the offer,

But i think Christchurch is a bit too far for me, i'm based NW Hampshire (near Basingstoke ;D )

I will have a look around though

Yes Chris Cheal has closed down the NMOC as he hasn't got the time to run it anymore now his misses is ill.

Don't know where that leaves the Stanford Hall show this year though?
