no no no, not hard at all, just confused at the fuss that people make over a new car????

its not fuss its jus sum people for sum stupid *melonsing* reason feel the need to hate the new mini as i sed it keeps the mini name alive so respect it becos if you talk to sum people off my age they only know 1 mini. oops i mean bini. if there was no bini no 1 would knw about it. i was brought up with my dad, mum, grandad, auntie, uncle talking about the mini as there first car so thats why i know about it but if i dint love the mini i would prob look and laf just like sum of my mates do wen they see mine

i love and own both sides so i hate it when owners of the new mini (bini!) slate the proper ones
and it gripes me when people say the new mini is crappy and whatever else they say!!! there both the most fun you can have in a car me's thinks anyway
half the problem is people havent driven the new one because they think it wrongg..... or something!!!! lol
annnnnnd some new owners need to get in a proper mini on a b-road!!!! nuff said!

Well, I find it REALLY offensive that they have sooooo many adverts in and then still charge £4 odd pounds for it/them.

MiniWorld is the most offensive to me as not only is it jam packed with adverts bit it is just full of boring drivel as well.

Mini Mag is not as bad as the content is a least a little better, but rarely buy it as I consider it too expensive.

I stopped buying quite a few different magazines due to the advert content.

But then I'm just wierd like that.

No there are far too many adverts, however at least in teh Mini mags, the adverts are related i suppose..well except for the bini ones!

ive only just seen the magazine dedicated to the new minis!! had a bit of a giggle for some reason at it in the newsagents!

Its next to Mini World and Mini Magazine in my local WH Smiths, so I always put one of the classic ones over it! It gives me a minute of amusement!!

Having driven trashed several new shape minis including the new clubby and loads of normal euro boxes made within the last 4-5 years (work in the motor trade, so I’m in and out of allsorts of different cars) they all basically feel the same with some slightly quicker than other’s, with none of them being really some thing to love, just a very safe, comfortable and reliable way to get from A to B.

I don’t particularly hate the new one, it's more the BMW side of this I don’t like, And trying to compare the new to the old one is a bit stupid; of course the new one is better, but it’s a modern update for modern times.

Although back to the original subject, as long a mini world doesn't become full of Binis, then a few ads would be fine to fill space, but I bet you wouldn’t find classic mini ads in the new MINI mags.

You will find classic mini ads in Modern Mini Mag because Mini Speed, Mini Sport, Mini Spares all advertise in there and they advertise both sets of things.

I generally leave the Mini mags alone and try and cover all the Ford ones with Mini ones

I'd like to point out that this thread was relating to Bini advertising in Mini mags, NOT an invite to start arguing or an attempt at Bini bashing.

I don't know why the day the thread was started is relevant. Some of you may have amazing Christmas days and find being online pathetic, but some of us do not.

Chill out everyone. I don't want to have to edit any more posts in this thread for language, grammar, or any other reason.

If you have nothing relevant to say then please refrain from blurting out your every thought about the Mini/Bini debate.

no i they no what it is now lol but like 1 has a 58plate punto 1.6 turbo and others have ford ka and stuff like that
