went to the garage today to see my dougal, still not much progress
but he says theyve caught up with their workload now so they can spend some time on my boy
heres some pics

thats the ugly looking rear quarter, god knows what the previous owner did when putting on the sportspack arches, it looks a right mess.


this is the man showing me my group 2 arches are a bad fit at this point i got angry, have you ever known any mini arches to fit perfect by just holding them up against the car and yes i know they are supposed to fit onto the valance.



and this is the only progress made in 4 weeks his new doorstep panel, glad i,m not paying by the hour



basically i came away a bit dissapointed, but when i got home i cheered up because my new spotlights had arrived
then mr dougal pointed out one of the lenses was cracked

i have now finished camping at the weekends

the winter warmer last weekend was the last this year

and i'm starting work on my mini this weekend, hopfully the engine should be ready to lift out after this weekend

yes they were just showing me if you match the arch up against the seam it doesnt fit the anywhere near the valance, bend it i said and i think i was right
