A large portion of the worry is that at the moment the big teams are spending around 400-500 million and a budget cap of just 40 would leave them having to make a huge number of their staff redundant etc. They would effectively have to build from the ground up all over again

It would be like trying to budget cap Man City and Chelsea to the same budget as a Lower league team in the Footie transfer window. They aren't going to be too happy, hence why Ferrari I have tried to go down this line

I agree with what one of Ferrari's lawyers said the other week. As Simon says, football teams all have different amounts of money, and the way you get to the top is by investing wisely, getting a few successes and building on a good foundation, much like Red Bull really. Having a budget cap does feel like the FIA are meddling too much.

Practice has been very interesting, although not represntative of any times that they will be setting in real sessions they have been swapping positions like theres no tommorow!.

However rosberg leads practice two session.. williams seems to have good performace only on friday (or thursday) sessions..
