Reckon you could shave a bit of weight ditching the big heavy dash and going centre binnacle... Maybe a custom composite one to save even more weight. Plus it would look the balls! Nice to see the interior looking smart though!
I could yes, but i realy like my dash. Same with the seats, they're properly heavy. Had to take them out to fit the carpet, and rememberd how heavy they are, but again I realy like them.
I think im going to go a bit more technical with weight loss rather than just drilling holes and shaving things to loose weight. So rear beam/coilovers and alloy/ titatium parts.
Although I can't afford any of that. Also the new brief for the car is. Fast and comfortable.
Glad I didn't cut out the rear seats now
I fitted some infinity 6x9s on the rear shelf, and I'll fit my CD changer under the rear seat. So im adding alot of weight to it at the moment. Weight loss is on hold for now, and im going to try and get this engine in and get it looking less tatty.

Turbo is looking further and further away at the moment. Money is a huge factor, not only for parts, but insurance and fuel will be a bit hard. I might have to wait until i finish uni. I have a huge list of parts I want to fit, but then i'd be truely skint, and im going to save for the brands hatch to nurburgring trip now.
Im going to fit the 1380, and the megajolt, and see where I stand. After thats finished im going to upgrade my transmission as thats standard at the moment.
Then I might think about coilovers/beam and then turbo.
I think im getting in a bit over my head with uni aswell.

Just paid for a 4 pin diff
And paid for my trackday today
and my pulley has been machined now I think ready for megajolt
No more dranking for me from now on.
Oil feed
new head
All thats needed to conver to turbo now
