Krust treatment.
Crap
More rust.
Crap
Oh yeah, lowered it quite a lot.
Dump valve pipe.
Crap.
Crap.
Will, rub it all down and try again.
Also took a bit off the front arch extensions so I can get full lock.
The ride quality now is just laughable.

hey ben top work as allways fella how longs the rust been there and is the car gonna have a full respray or jus the areas that have been treated and worked on and that lowerage looks spot on mate i dont suppose you would have a side on view of the mini so i can see how much its been lowered by many thanks
dean
I'll get a pic tomorrow, it doesn't look low at the front as my arch extensions have been screwed on too high, it was to hide some paint blemeshes, but I've got about half inch travel all round. Took it for a spin... hard! and it didn't scrub once but the ride was laughable, I had to do the harness right up to stay in the seat
I think the car will have a full respray as I've seen a colour I love! and too many people have cars in very similar colours. Im yet to see this new colour on a mini yet. Although im yet to see another mini in this blue aswell. The rust under the lights started around february I think, but took hold fast, the rust by the window I only noticed around a month ago, but being under the window was hidden. The hole in the gutter/roof was only a little bubble which I never realy noticed, but had a poke today. This is all the rust I can find on the car. After finding the roof hole, I searched the whole car poking with a screwdriver, so after the roof, window and headlights the car should be 100% rust free......should be anyway.
