They appeard ok, I checked them and seemed to be fine.

Do you have another transfer case you could swap it with to check the bearings inside that? Saves pulling and fitting new bearings in the one you have that's all.

I had a similar noise on one of my old cars.
The verto clutch/flywheel was damaged. a couple of bolts had come loose in the clutch/flywheel setup.

You can see the bolts and the damaged centre piece.
It sounded just like your video, but if you've checked it then I guess its not that. hope you find and fix the problem soon.
