Did you get any pictures of the bent exhaust mate? Can you beat/bend the kink out of it? Or pull it out using a slide hammer and weld the hole back up?
I think i've got one, I don't think im going to bother banging out the kink, just seems so much hassle.
I don't know what to do with the car next though.
EDIT:
Might have a go at fitting these:
Buy some more vauxhall glacier white for these:
And for andrew, here is my damaged exhaust:

I say it and it happens ... I must be Jesus.

Yeah thats the new bit, the maniflow link pipe. Y-piece took the smash of the rock but that still seems ok, just a bit scratched but ok.
Right, people I need some advice.
I don't know what the next big thing should be!
I've got the suspension sorted
I've got the engine sorted
Bodywork is OK... ish
Im thinking a nice big set of brakes to slow the thing down.
Orrrrr a new engine build. But nothing boring like another 1380, I mean something special, like an a series 16v or something. Or do I go back down the turbo plan. Although saying that I've seen nitrous kits going cheap enough on ebay.
Ideas? Im not sure.
Edit: or do I make it as light as possible? fibreglass roof, boot, poly windows etc etc

What's all this about a nitrous kit??
Spraying my small bore has crossed my mind before... This could only end badly

I'd personally lighten it a bit, first. Straghtforward bits like boot, bonnet, and doors first.

Well I've got a fibre bonnet, don't realy want to do the boot for security reasons, I keep my tools in there quite often. May see if I can get some poly windows.
Nitrous kits are alot cheaper than I thought, and is the cheapest for the money performance increase.
I'll give the suspension a go today, anyone got any ideas how I can set the geometry at home?

Fair dos, i can't imagine Poly windows shaving that much weight, so, either NOx or a 16v build would be my next point to muse...
Due to the possibility of blowing the 1380 up with NOx, i'd go with the 16v...
Aaah mate, you've got me thinking these expensive thoughts

Personally i'd go down the 16v route. Like has been said, unless the Nitrous oxide air mix is right, there's a chance it will blow lol. Up to you though bud, your engine lol.

I've got a gearbox, rods, pistons, block.
I'd need a crank and a set of rings and then the head to build a lovely 16v.
I think some brakes will be the next thing.
I've been fitting up my lovely suspension bit's, I've got the offside done, adjusted it as best I can and got a nice bit of negative camber
One or two bolts were a bit tight but thankfully the amount of oil my engines have leaked in the past has meant that most of it was nicely lubricated.
Now relatives have come around so I've packed up and probably won't be able to fit the other side until tomorrow.
I just want to take it out now, Ever since I've had the car on the road i've had a touch of posotive camber, I should now have a bit more front end bite

You want to be careful messing about with tracking on your own, I demolished a brand new set of tyres in just over a month because of wrong settings, and that was done by ATS.
Should have gone back and given them a smack!
I did the tracking myself after changing the rack, 3000 miles later and I have good handling and even tyre wear.
Hopefully I should be ok, if not I'l take it to a motorsport specialist.
