Ive just realised your car has no roof. No need for ram air effect then?

Are you fitting a Carbon roof then or something? Big job that!

I wasnt far off you until I made the decision to take mine all out for prep I look forward to being where you are with this in a few weeks! Have you found it came together quite quick once you has it bolted up?

I have just came in from fitting my new carbon roof I bought today it took around 30 minuts to fit.
It came together very quickly but my car is for playing (racing) in not a show car so I cut a few corners with the finish.

30 mins your kidding! haha what did you fix it down with? Im guessing your spraying up once the car is running so you dont risk scratching the paint.

I stuck it down with silicon and pop rivets in less than 30 minis paint later but just a quick blast over.
Race series = 16 valve mini club Which I won
also maybe some hillclimbs I did last year Forrestburn / Doune / Craigantlet / Wiscome Park.

Hi, Your project is coming on well. I am also building a hayabusa kit. How did you manage to fit the busa airbox, as the frame is in the way on mine???

I fitted the stock airbox after a we bit of moding with an angle grinder I opened up the end of the airbox a fair bit to compensate for the frame.

I will get a picture tomorrow I bought it at Binglyhall Yesterday I dont know the bloke I got it from he had more stuff but it was cash and he didnt have any promtion stuf so I cant help.
