So someone who purchased from me on eBay has opened a case against me for not receiving his item... I only posted it Friday and that was only because he was days late making a payment.

He did e-mail me first but it was in the middle of the night, 2 hours before he opened the case. weirdo..

Just had a similar thing, parcel takes 1 day longer to arrive than the eBay delivery estimate and the buyer opens a case which gets my payment withheld by PayPal! Item arrives (this was last Thurs) and the buyer has not bothered to close the case, leaving me to await the eBay decision 8 days from now, put my eBay account on hold effectively. Not happy!

It's all a pain! Just had another one too. Not a case this time but someone demanding to know where there parcel is. We are on day 4 of the 4-5 day estimate. *******
