Just contacted an eBay member to follow up a return i haven't been refunded for yet and they said it may take a while because the get ALOT of returns! Funny that because when i complained about the product, they said it is uncommon for them to get complaints! LOL

They really should investigate why the item is returned. I mean surely they can tell by the number of returns that something is wrong
