How long does a clutch normally last once it starts slipping?

It depends on how carefully you drive. My mum's astra managed about 60K miles before we traded it in. It juddered like hell though towards the end.

As others have said. Its better to change it now and a mini is a lot easier than some cars.

Its not on my Mini, its on my daily car. To replace the clutch will cost more than the value of the car anyway so I will just be putting it on ebay. Just need it in the meantime to travel around looking for a new car
