Q plates are for cars where the year of manufacture ain't known. Ady built his in 07 from all knew parts 'n he can prove it.

by the way all vehicles that go through SVA don't need an MoT for 3 years

I've always wondered, what kind of fuel economy do you get with the bike engine in the mini?
